Going through trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, or an eating disorder can feel very lonely and isolating. It’s common to believe no one truly understands what you're going through.
I have worked with hundreds of people who have experienced tragedies and painful chapters in their lives, and perhaps you can relate to some of those overwhelming feelings.
I'm here to tell you: you don't have to go through this alone.
Whether you’re seeking a place to heal, explore painful memories, or receive support, there is strength in reaching out. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
Services Offered:
Therapy for Children
Therapy with children looks different than therapy with teens or adults.
When working with children, I utilize play therapy techniques to create a sense of safety, support emotion identification and regulation, strengthen relationships, build on their strengths, and develop communication and coping skills.
Therapy for Teens
Teens have the difficult job of figuring out who they are and how they fit in the world. Therapy at this age can make a meaningful difference.
I offer a safe and confidential space for teens to explore difficult feelings, navigate complex peer relationships, understand family dynamics, and more.
Therapy for Adults
As adults, we are navigating the world with more responsibility, which often brings increased stress and can trigger difficult or distressing emotions.
Whether you're looking to explore past experiences or learn to manage internal or external pressures, I’m here to support you on your journey of growth and healing.
Therapy for Parents and Families
Parenting and family life can be both incredibly rewarding and deeply challenging. Family conflict or parenting struggles can feel overwhelming and all-consuming.
Therapy offers a valuable opportunity to reflect, learn, and grow in your role as a parent or family member.
